Penny Experiment Groceries Delivered! Finally!

If you've been around awhile, you've seen my posts on being a part of The Penny Experiment. The part I'm participating in involves a group of couponing bloggers that are trying to buy 1 million dollars worth of food for food banks while spending as little as possible. Between my three trips so far, I've paid $2.79 (I was paid $1.83 to shop the last trip!) for $82.92 worth of groceries! And now, after two failed attempts, I have finally FINALLY dropped off the food! By the way, none of my local food banks will take perishables, so the frozen and cold items were given to families at my church that have husbands out of work. Here's the pics of the drop off:

Nothing spectacular, but there it is. I hope to make another trip soon. I am just waiting for the right sale to come along =)
